Healthy Vending in Schools
The Pennsylvania Department of
Agriculture is implementing a healthy vending program into
various schools throughout the state. These vending machines
will contain our packaged apple slices as well as other healthy
snacks and juices that are a part of the PA
Preferred program. Bloomsburg High School was the first
school to receive a vending machine in this healthy initiative.
There are plans to implement this program into other schools in
the state.

schools, but for the first time, in other states as well!
Appeeling Fruit was a sponsor for the event and we are proud

by thousands of children.
